We currently deliver only within Gauteng, South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2–3 working days from when you place your order.
How do I store my meals when they arrive?
Please refrigerate your meals as soon as you receive them to maintain freshness and food safety.
How do I heat my meals?
Remove the plastic lid completely before heating.
Heat in the microwave for 2–3 minutes, then let it stand for 30 seconds before enjoying.
Do not use an oven, stovetop, or air fryer with the packaging.

How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals are designed to stay fresh for several days when stored in the refrigerator.
Please refer to the use-by date on the packaging.
Can I freeze my meals?
Most meals can be frozen if you don’t plan to eat them right away.
However, some meals may be better enjoyed fresh depending on ingredients.
Do you offer custom meal plans?
We are working toward offering personalized plans. For now, customers can mix and match from our menu however they like.
Can I change or cancel my order?
you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been prepared and sent for delivery, changes may not be possible.
Can I bring my own wine, and is there a corkage fee?
Yes, you can bring your own wine to our restaurant, subject to a corkage fee of $20 per bottle. This fee covers the cost of serving and handling your wine professionally. We also have a curated wine list for your consideration.
