Grab A Bite Online (“Grab A Bite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides freshly prepared weekly meals delivered to customers through grababite.online.

How Our Weekly Delivery Works

Our weekly ordering cycle works as follows:

Tuesday: Our new weekly menu is released.
Saturday at 12 PM: Orders close for the upcoming delivery.
Sunday: Our kitchen prepares the meals fresh for delivery.
Monday, 12 PM–5 PM: Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Orders placed after the Saturday 12 PM cutoff may be processed for the following week's delivery.

Delivery

We deliver to selected areas. Available delivery options and any applicable delivery fees are shown during the ordering process.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information and for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window.

Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver orders on Monday between 12 PM and 5 PM. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, delivery volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant issue affecting your delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided an incorrect address, cannot be reached, or is unavailable to receive the order, Grab A Bite may not be able to provide a replacement or refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you expect a problem with your delivery.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing or your order is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order number and details of the issue. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, credit, or refund.
