Cancellations

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests before your order enters preparation. Once preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

A refund may be available when:

We are unable to fulfill your order.
Your order is incorrectly prepared or materially different from what you ordered.
An item is missing.
Your food arrives damaged, spoiled, or unsuitable.
A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method used for the order.

Incorrect or Missing Orders

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and details of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, account credit, or another reasonable resolution.

Change of Mind

Because food orders may be prepared specifically for you, we generally cannot offer refunds simply because you change your mind after preparation has started.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Delivery Problems

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other circumstances caused by the customer, a refund may not be available.

If the delivery issue is caused by Grab A Bite, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
